Alexa Conaway | Administrative Assistant

Alexa joined our team in 2009 providing clerical support to our Director of Operations. She has grown her position to assist Brian Conway, David Wheat and Bill Cummings with a variety of tasks specializing in client services. She conducts tasks including meeting preparation, processing confidential information, producing reports, and managing the software and tools for Brian Conway. She also is involved with special projects that include creating templates, workflows, marketing initiatives and service models to support relationship managers for 401(k) clients. In addition, she inputs, tracks and manages the client’s 401(k) documents, reports, notes and compliance files for David Wheat. She creates unique web design for blogs and newsletters. She assists Bill Cummings with his Client Service tasks and procedures. Alexa is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Business. Alexa enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling, boating in Newburyport, playing with her treasured dog Rocki and watching the Patriots games!
